Help I am trying to upload a video

I need some help I am trying to upload a video but it gives me an error. I am trying to upload from my cellphone

I may be wrong but I beleive you must be a partner member to upload video directly to the site. most folks usually upload to You Tube then link that video here.

Yup, makes it much easier to do the Youtube link.
