any idea what these are? are they a form of hydroids? any suggestion of how to get rid of? they are everywhere, and some I cannot get at with a toothbrush. will anything eat or kill them?
Unfortunately yes Hydoids. I know of no animal that eats except a Nudibranch that is not available in the hobby. Reduce the introduction of fine suspended food particles to your system. You can also use some underwater epoxy and cover the area for a couple weeks.
now that they have been introduced into my system, will they always be there anytime nutrients get high? they start to choke the zoas and other corals.
