hi everyone so I'm currently in the end stages of the cycling process of my 40 gallon tank and i accidentally spilt my ammonia test in the tank. It was about 5ml of testing solution. I use the Red Sea test kit. I don't want to do a water change because I want to leave the cycle alone. Also I don't have everything on hand I need right now to do one. Do you think this will ruin my cycle or since it's such a little amount it'll be ok?

You are the test patient, so let us know how everything works out! I'm scratching my head on this one, but I'd run carbon and do a hearty water change....but I'm guessing you'll be just fine. HERE is the MSDS. Note that in that five milliliters is a pinch of Reagent A, and five drops each of Reagent B and C.
