This does not seem to be an ordinary bulging eye, it has bubbles on the eye and the eye has a slight protrusion, have you encountered this situation?
I have been using the following two medications for more than a week, but there is no good effect. I have asked many friends in China, but they don't seem to have met this situation and don't have sufficient experience in treatment.

That is most often caused by an eye injury. Sorry - there is no treatment. Sometimes they get better by themselves, other times they lose the eye or even die.

If BOTH eyes are affected, it could be from gas supersaturation in the tank....but that doesn't look like it to me.

Here is an article I wrote on fish eye diseases:

thank you:anxious-face-with-sweat:I think I would stick to treating him and doing antimicrobial treatments until it gets very bad or he dies.

I have had experience with this in freshwater - If the fish is sick, - i.e showing signs of a bacterial infection - it would need antibiotics. Otherwise - as jay said - observation. Up date please
