Help I have a sick Fish

So, I woke up to this and don't know what to do. I have had this pink spotted goby for about 10 days. He has been in quarantine the whole time. He has been acting fine until today. His breathing is a little faster than it use to be. here is a picture.

It almost looks like Brook.

Can you compare the fish to the pics in this link? Does it look like this? Hard to tell on a lighter colored fish.

I don't know. His right cheek is swollen. I am going to a vet soon

I started treatment, but what ever it was acted quick. He is no longer breathing. Really, really bummed out. Only had that fish 10 days but really loved that little guy

That's always a bummer. I had a gorgeous blenny. Fell in love with it, it developed some weird white coloring and it died within hours of me noticing. Luckily it didnt affect my clowns

I personally dont qt (foolish of me) and it would have been awful for the blenny to infect my whole system. This was 3 months ago so I assume there is no further risk of infection
