This stuff covered my rock within 2 weeks, I've been busy with school and haven't been able to give a tank alot of attention. My phosphate/ nitrates were a little high and I have it under control now but how will I be able to get rid of all this algea? Also what is it?

The nitrates and phosphates are still in the tank, just that the algae is using up all of them, so they are not detectable.

Looks to be dinos. Its recommended that you don't do water changes, but if you have a way of adding gfo and bring down the phosphates slowly if you have coral.

I think your dealing with a chrystophytes or a common brown hair algae.

Hopefully your using rodi water.

I'd pull the rocks and scrub them.

Make sure you have good water and get a lot of snails in there.

How many hours a day do you have your light on , and what kind of light. IMHO I would limit your light use to just a few hours a day or less for now and it will die off. The light is making it grow.

Also, most crabs will eat all of that. Snails won’t.
