HELP I think my hammer coral is dying

all the polyps are shriveled up and on top it’s brown near the mouth but I can’t get a good picture of it. Is this brown jelly disease?

This is BJD :

If that is BJD that is on that one head (I can't really tell from your picture), then I would cut that head off before the BJD spreads to the other head. BJD can spread in a matter or hours so it's important to do this fast.

Yeah it didn't really look like that after the coral closed up I didn't see it anymore I think its possible that it might have been the hammer corals poop. Is that possible? Because after it closed I don't see anymore brown on top

it could be. If you see it again take a picture and post it here, i'll tell you if its BJD

If there's a thin string of brown stuff coming out of the mouth its just pooping

It’s gone from the top so it most likely was the poop
