could maybe be brook

and are you sure your tank is cycled? that rock is bare! could be from poor ph or high ammonia, give me params please

velvet - swimming into the flow of a powerhead or wavemaker

both - tiny white dots on the fins & body. The white dots on velvet can look similar to ich, but are smaller and usually far more numerous.

both - Fish is lethargic

both - Scratching body against hard objects, twitching, jagged movment, etc

could be brook - heavy breathing

brook - lots of slime

late ich and velvet, brook - skin peeling

velvet, brook - not eating

its not brook as their body doesnt look powdery, There are only a few spots, so not velvet, i dont have a power head or wavemaker, they act like they usally do

no, i dont have space, but they are the only fish in the tank, so can I use super ick cure?
I have 2 clownfish, both with early ick.
(I also have a hermit but he should be fine)
that stuff is BS, but I happen to have gone down the looking into treating ich "reef safe" style rabbit hole, itll be work, and its more expensive, not as thorough as fallow and QT but it goes like this:

Full course of metroplex w focus in food, (3 weeks) and during that 8 weeks of kick ich, its not a 100% guarantee but its the best shot youve got with reef safe treatment. Keep an airstone, prime and some bacteria starters on hand too.

dosing copper means your tank cannot have inverts or corals basically forever more-so in saltwater as inverts here are way more sensitive to it, also fresh and marine ich is different, in addition, ich can be "cured" but will still remain in a tank unless the tank is brought through fallow or a dose of copper (or in this case, an attempt at doing it with "anti ich meds") is maintained for an extended period,

wait super ich cure has copper?!

Its fine with chemicals, but their food is pretty garbage, costs more than omega one, half as effective.
meh, theres a reason most don't use it, regardless, the treatment I listed Is the most effective "reef safe" treatment ive heard of, although QT and fallow is almost always better
