Help! Ich problem

I’ve had my yellow belly in QT for 2 weeks when she got ich and treated it and now everything was good. Introduced her to the DT and about a week later she has ich again!

The problem is, I had to break the QT down because it was cracked so I have nowhere to put here what should I do? It is spreading pretty fast!

I use polyp labs Medic. It’s safe to corals, inverts, and nitrifying bacterium. I dose my DT whenever I add new fish, since I don’t have a QT. I have had zero problems with medic and it clears it up pretty quick.

Polyp lab medic won't erradicate the ich. It may help manage it.

Op, when you say spreading fast that is concerning. Can you upload pics of the fish? Can you get another QT set up quickly?

Just giving my experience...I’m still green. I bought a fish on impulse and didn’t realize until I got home that it had ich. Had Medic delivered next day and started treating, everything cleared, no other fish were affected, and haven’t had problems since.

Might not be ich though...spreading fast, I’d say velvet
