No. there are no reef safe meds that will completely eradicate ick from your tank. The best you can hope for is something to help you "manage" it in your tank. You must take the fish out and treat them in a QT while you leave the display fallow (meaning without fish) for 76 days to kill it off. Treatment options for the fish range from Tank Transfer Method to Copper to Chloroquine Phosphate to Hyposalinity. Pick what fits you and your fish best. Leaving the display fallow will starve out the parasite and leave it ick-free afterward.

i had it real bad in my tank , lost lots of fish all because i didnt use a qt , i tried a few different meds with no luck
than i gave polyp lab medic a try , had to use 3 times the dose it say on the bottle 2 times aday for 18 days and it worked .
that was a long while ago now and iv not seen abit since ......and i have a regal tang
i know its still in the tank but iv added a few more fish since ....a few months ago and still no sign
its not for everyone but it worked for me , i cant rate it enough

1 purple tang
3goby
2 black ice clownfish
2 lighting mroon clownfish
2 tailspot
1 foxface

Personally I would QT the two clown pairs together, but for all those fish (assuming they are mostly small) a 40 breeder would be ok. The clownfish make me nervous.
