Help! ICH??

Its late here and there is no way for me to get treatment tonight.. what can I do tonight?

It has come on really quickly, only this evening and I constantly am watching my tank.

Everything points it ich. He is eating but is toward the top of the tank..

Im looking for some advice as the web searches all contradict themselves?

Help please!

That doesn't look like ich to me, the spots are large but that's a LOT of them...

I have done an emergency water change of 10% and hung a carbon bag in there.. I cant think of anything else..

Not Ich.. oh ok!

Your clowns have Brook. Read this link Brooklynella (clownfish disease) It has detailed treatment info for you. You'll need to get them into a QT quickly and start treating ASAP. Brook can kill VERY quickly. You'll also need to leave your display fallow (without any fish) for 6 weeks to allow the Brook parasite to die off before adding any fish back to it. Be sure to treat ALL fish in the display, not just the clowns.

That was my hunch too but I'm not an expert on brook

Thanks @melypr1985 and everyone. However woke up to him dead this morning. I only have one other clown fish in the tank that is looking absolutely fine apart from a little scatty about his fallen friend ):

What are my steps from here.. being the only fish left could I just treat the whole tank?

Also later down the line if he pulls through and parasites are a thing of the past, how do I introduce a new friend, if at all?

I'm very sorry for your loss.

The remaining clown, if not actively sick, is a carrier and will allow the Brook to stay alive in the display and could/will infect new additions. It's best to treat the clown as directed in the link I posted and leave the display fallow for 6 weeks. This will be sure that it is no longer in the tank, or on the fish, to infect new fish.
