So, I've just about given up. Clearly I suck at figuring out plumbing because I can't seem to find the adapter I'm looking for. I've tried Home Depot, Lowes, and Amazon and come up with nothing but lots of spare parts that I can't use.

Basically the RO system will take the place of the copper tubing in the middle. I need the RO input to tie in on the left (braided goes to faucet), and the RO/DI output to connect to the right shutoff. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

But that just taps into the copper right? I need to remove the copper tubing completely. The left valve is the water supply, the right valve just goes to the other side of the room (where I want to output the RO water).

I wouldn't put your RO water through that valve. You will most like have something leach off the brass

That looks like a 3/8" compression fitting. I used to work in the plumbing department at Home Depot. They should have a section with a bunch of little bags that have brass adapters in them. You can get one that is 3/8 comp female on one side amd whatever sort of threading you need.

In that case I believe Santi but I have never seen any type of RO system that uses 3/8 compression fittings... Every one I have seen uses JG or shark bite fittings..

You should be able to get a 3/8 comp female to shark bite adapter

Your RO/DI pulls all the impurities out of the water, connecting your output of the RO DI unit to the angle stop will be bad news.
The pure water will pull the metals from the copper and brass and bond with the water again. Basically your defeating the purpose of the RO/DI.....Copper is toxic to inverts and fish....
You'll want to use a 3/8" OD or 1/4" OD poly line for the output with john guess plastic fittings. Home Depot usually has these by all the small brass fittings. For the inlet side you can use an adapt a tee if you want to keep the existing braided flex in place. You can buy plastic ferrules to adapt to poly piping from your inlet valve as well. You still use the same brass nuts but you replace the brass ferrule with the plastic one to keep it from cutting through the pipe when you tighten it down. Home Depot or Lowes should have everything you need to accomplish this. If you need any more help I'll be glad to assist.

After 17 years of commercial plumbing I should! Lol
Glad to give advice to help a fella out.
I have plumbing parts coming out my ears. Between fish tank crap and plumbing parts my garage is pretty well full!

Thank you! I hadn't thought of just running plastic tubing into the compression fitting. Time for another trip to the plumbing aisle.

Home depot has this it just looks a little different mine works perfect and it's all in one part
