I have a 120 gallon all the corals are doing great but I have these blobs of green looking algae almost like turf looking my nitrates are at 0 but it's most likely a false reading due to the algae I run cheato in a decent sized fuge I also run GFO but don't have a phosphate test kit ATM thanks

That’s green hair algae (gha). You might have too high phosphate. You can pull that off by hand in clumps and then emerald crabs, turbo snails, and even some fish will eat it. Yellow tangs seem to like it.
