Please help ID this little starfish looking guy on my glass. Is this harmful to a reef setup?

Aterina star fish.
They reproduce by dropping legs and start with one and can have hundreds very soon apparently,I never had any that I'm aware off and some say they can eat corals ar at least some variety and seen it with their own eyes and some say don't eat corals or if do then coral must of been dying or in a bad way already and some don't want in tank and some do so choice is yours to remove any you see and buy harlequin shrimp to eat them aslong as nothing will eat the shrimp but harlequin shrimp only eat asterina star fish so none left = they starve.or do nothing and keep them in tank but keep watchful eye on them.
If memory serves right reading few other threads on these guys, sure I've seen mentioned the more white ones are less likely to eat coral but do some research on them then decide your next course off action if any ^_^
Good luck

here are two as you can see grew to size of a nickel after eating almost a whole 100 head colony of Bam Bam zoa
They multiply like mice- any you see, manually remove them and discard
