Sorry, I’m not very familiar with microscopes. I used my kid’s microscope to get these images.

What am I looking at here?

Photo update after a few months. Raised nutrients and have been dosing silicates to encourage diatoms. It’s a little encouraging to see what looks like a few diatoms.

Update for those facing the same ID.

Dinos are no longer visible. It’s been weeks with the sand this clear.

What worked was silicate and phosphate dosing followed by an extended period of no/reduced light. My tank had few corals so it was possible to pull the small frags and run the tank with little to no light for weeks. I ran high nutrients with the silicate dosing until everything was covered in hair algae and diatoms. Urchins helped clear up that mess.
