Help ID disease for powder brown tang

Just the other day after adding to display tank I notice this white spot appear. I not think it’s ick but I might be wrong. Can anyone help identify?

Although this species frequently does get marine ich, that spot isn't ich. See the pale blanching around the dark point? That is more a symptom of some injury. As long as the blanched area doesn't grow a lot larger, this should heal with no issues. Watch for additional spots though, sometimes the "injury" is caused by the feeding of a parasitic fluke.
