Help ID Flame Angel issue.

Been in QT for over a month. 3 rounds of Prazi and almost 2 weeks in copper at 2.25. Prior to that 5 days at 1.75PPM (Copper Power)
This looks like skin discoloration possibly or maybe a fungus? I’m stumped. Eats like a pig and all else is good.

Are you referring to the black marks up by the dorsal fin or the slight white marks above the eye?

They seem to be on both sides of the fish, so less likely to be from an injury., but maybe?

External fungal diseases are extremely rare in marine fish (common in freshwater).

You’ve got the external parasites covered here, so I would just watch this for now.
