Hey guys so I just got this exosphere frag in the mail today and there's some bright orange fuzzy stuff at the base of the frag plug. Anybody have any ideas of what it could be? I've never seen anything like this before.
Help ID fuzzy orange stuff on frag plug?

Then I think it’s probably some turf algae that’s dying from the peroxide. I’m not very experienced with saltwater myself, but I’ve noticed things turning bright orange like that after I peroxide them. I’m not sure if it’s some Coralline or something else that did it with this leather.
