I have a tang in my QT that came up with an issue the other day. I had run prazipro for a week and then copper for 3 weeks. I did a large water change and was planning on getting him ready for the DT in another two weeks when we broke out with looks like a dirty face... any idea what this is? It got worse looking over the last two days but he’s acting ok and eating fine.

Very common in tangs when medicating. Try adding some zoecon in food. It usually helps quite a bit.
FYI:. Three weeks of copper is not long enough if you're using a single QT.
Copper should be fully therapeutic for 30 days in a single tank before WCs are used to lower the level.
Or you can transfer the fish out of the copper QT to another sterile QT at the 14 day mark.
