help ID: microfauna or pest?

Hello fellow reefers.
I just noticed these small white creatures in my quarantine tank. Attaching some pics and vid.
Please let me know if I should let them be or removey corals n dip them.

The video was just black and the pics are kinda blurry but I'm going either isopods or flatworms, either way they're most likely good guys!

Definitely swimming since their movements are random.

One of my hammer has retracted it's polyps. There are some white spots on its base. Is it possible these things are eating it?

they look like spiroid worms, harmless

Definitely copepods! They look really good. Those white opaque globs on the tails of some of them are eggs! They are breeding and happy in your system.

Is there anyway I can boost their population? I have a bag of carbon in the tank which they have started inhibiting. I have also put a small piece of foam(large pores) for them to house in. It's a coral quarantine so can't put something that will be difficult to clean/remove.

Their population will basically follow the availability of food in the tank. You could provide them places to hide to safely reproduce but if there are no predators (certain fish etc..) in the tank then they should do fine either way. Some people breed them for specific fish which is pretty easy.. but if you don’t have a mouth to put them in specifically then I would let them just do their thing
As far as moving them to your main tank you can suck out the tank water and siphon them out. Unsure what you would use as a filter material but I know people do it here haha
