Need to know what this is so I can treat it correctly. It’s only a photo but they move around quickly. Thanks

Those are ostreopsis dinos in the microscope slide. Watch your nutrients and attempt to stabilize and maintain your no3 around 5-10ppm, po4 around 0.06-0.10ppm.

But, ostreopsis can be removed quickly with a properly sized UV sterilizer. They can be toxic a they due, so running carbon is also a good thing.

Ok thank you

Dino for sure
Before treatment, check your phosphate and nitrate to assure levels aren’t elevated
Blow loose with a turkey baster. It will capture and clean more surface area. Here is full program:
Prepare by starting with a water change and blow this stuff loose with a turkey baster and siphon up loose particles.
Turn lights off (at least white and run blue at 10-15%) for 5 days and at night dose 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for all 5 nights. If you dont have light dependent coral- turn all lights off.
During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria (such as bacter 7) per 10 gallons.
Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX as it is food for dinos.
Day 5,, you can start with blue lights - ramping up and work your white lights up slowly

What test kits are you using ?

Just want to update, I dosed neoniitro once to get my nitrates to around 10-15. I also been dosing neophos to get phosphates to around .1, both were at zero before dosing. I reduced intensity and photoperiod of chaeto grow light. I. Been dosing oceanmagik. I finally pulled the trigger on a Pentair 40 watt smart uv, I plumbed it directly to the display. I set the flow to around 3 times turnover and have been running it 24/7. The night I installed it I immediately covered the tank with card board and did a 3 day black out on display and refugium. I removed the cardboard and all dinos were and still are completely gone. It’s been 8 days since installing the uv. During the blackout the skimmer was pulling some nasty smelly stuff. I was running some fresh carbon in the media reactor as well. Thank you for all the helpful replies. I will update if the dinos return.
