Ok I bought this with a hosted pair O clowns and it was sold as a condy or LTA. It was bought from a local reef forum and there was a discussion there as to what it was.

I just installed my LED lights from Steves and they are slowly being tuned for my tank so excuse the color not being perfect and my iPhone is my only camera ATM.

The anemone has brown/orange tentacles and green tips. I tried to get the best photos.

I am curious as to what it is so I know what other anemones I can put in the tank with it.

Thanks in advance

Its a condy as LTA's want to be in the sandbed and won't go up on the rockwork unless there would not be enough light for him on the sand. It also looks like a condy, but better pictures would help be positive. Also pictures of the base helps

My inclination is condy...an easy way to tell if it's a condy or an LTA is does it have verrucae. Verrucae are "adhesive" dots on the under side of the oral disk. If it has them it's an LTA, if not most likely a condy.
