help ID nuisance algae on rocks

hello - have had this nuisance algae growing on my rocks and a bit on my sand/frag plugs.

it looks more brownish than green, it doesn't grow long which makes me think its not GHA and stays pretty short, mainly likes to grow on rocks. I have been dealing with dinos a bit, so i've been letting it grow out thinking i need to increase other types of algae to out compete. dinos have been dialed back after dosing nitrates/phosphates while this stuff has grown a bit more around the tank. the worst case scenario would be that this is also dinos..but the texture seems different, doesnt fall apart when i grab it with tongs

From the bubbles appearing on it it looks like dinos but maybe post some clearer close up pictures

It would also help to post a full set of water parameters including nitrate/phosphate
