Help ID please

This one is about 3/16 inch or 5 mm in length. It has inhabited this little crater in live rock for a couple months. It changes position occasionally yet I have never seen it move. It also vacated its crater for 24 hours a while back and then returned. It appears to be surrounded by eggs. Ideas?
