Help ID please

These are best images i can get in really weird spot. I think my wrasse is dying and i saw this stuff on one side of my tank under some rocks. I had a emerald crab and it molted and i haven’t seen it in a few days. Can anyone help ID this stuff? My clown fish seem to be unbothered.

Any way to find/remove them?

Break them off the rock and remove it, they are a PITA but harmless

I can’t even see them that’s the thing..

Just look for where the webs come from, it will be a round tube small at first but get bigger the more mature they get.
