Help ID Please?!

I started getting these creatures and they start to multiply, I already found like 4 in my tank and they like to be near my zoas, are they harmful?

The Genus is Aquilonastra, there are 28 species of them but only a couple are actually harmful despite a lot of people saying they're pests. They can become annoying due to how prolific they can be. Your choice if you choose to remove them or keep them.
