Noticed these tiny worm like creatures hanging out on my overflow. Any idea what they are?

Thank you guys! I was worried. Anything that eats them? Or should I let them grow?

Not sure if anything eats them. I always just let them grow. If they became a nuisance a plastic blade worked great at scraping them off
