Help Id please

Hi all, have a 75 gallon mixed reef. While doing some general cleaning today my wife noticed a white mass next to one of her anemones, I poked at it with a syringe while feeding reef roids and it punctured the mass, the two marks on it. Not sure what it is but a little worried.

Q-tip sponge harmless little creatures but they do filter feed. I’d take that as a good sign your tank is healthy and stable
