Help id please

Newish tank about 5 months....is this hair algea, diatoms, or cyano? I am trying to be kinda hands off as far as it being potentially the "ugly stage" and let it run its course but now I am not sure. Thinking it might be ditoms I found a thread that said try raising the temp and figured that won't hurt to try....well it got worse. I will have to run tests tomorrow to get better specifics on parameters but I am hoping someone can just say...ugly stage leave it or cyano treat with xyz. I am tempted to add uv before adding chemicals but I am not sure

some of that kind of looks like GHA. Does it change with lights out vs lights on?

Nope pretty much stays the same.... at times mini bubbles form inside the hairs but it doesn't change
