Any ideas what this red thing is beside my zoas?

Any ideas what this red thing is beside my zoas?

Does it move? It could be a sponge, or some kind of sea slug. Is it 'hard' or 'soft', etc. From the picture its hard to tell?

Soft like a sponge but shots water out when touched.
