I rarely have issues with vids, but I'm no tech guy, watch them on my Android phone lol can't help ya

Sure similar to aiptasia but I've never seen purple ones, so hydroid sounds more likely.
I always just right click save video as, and then use my local player to play them (VLC on linux in this case).

Hydroids usually sort themselves out, when my tank was new I had hundreds, now a year later they are nowhere to be found.
If they get close to your corals just brush them off.

I think they're more likely to be hydroids than aiptasia. Is your tank fairly new? If so, I'd just leave them be but watch for them spreading any further. But if your tank is established and you have more to lose then, given that they've spread a bit already, I think I would try to remove them. If they promptly return then maybe consider treating with an aphasia treatment at that point. Good luck.

It's 6-8 months old I guess. Not including the setup time. Fish and live rock/corals. I've had pineapple sponges but most of them are gone, now I have these and a couple of chocolate chip starfish have shown up in the past couple months.
