Help ID please

Tank is getting close to 1 year old and I'm starting to see these little white like worms popping up all over the rocks and wondering if they're good or bad and is there anything I can do to fight against them?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!

Also, to add. Not worms. You got worms. Just those ones are sponges.
