Help ID please

My tank has been running for 4 months now. It is a fish only for now and this morning i noticed these tiny worms of some sort. Anyonw know what they are. Couldnt get clearer pics

Looks like either dorvilleidae or bristle worms and lots of pods - normal in any tank and both are considered by most to be beneficial.
 
Hard to tell from the pics but could be copepods - they're good guys.
Thats what i thought at first but i havent added any unless fish cam have them amd they seem to be slithering like a slug
 
Thanks for the help ill keep an eye on them and see if i can get a magnified image of them
