Labyrinthulaceae.

I agree on Labyrinthulaceae which are a protist that produce a network of tubes and filaments which serve as tracks for the cells to glide along and absorb nutrients for them. The two main groups are the Labyrinthulids and Thraustochytrids. They are commonly found as hosts for algae and seagrasses.

I'm not finding a wealth of solid data online of the macroscopic manifestation of their networks. can you pease bring me some reading material so i can learn more about them?
