Help ID some red worm parasite looking creature

Found this guy lurking off my rock, then i siphon it with a turkey baster and got it into a container. its moving like some kind of parasite. Its really grossing me out help.

Weird, but yeah, a spaghetti worm would be my first thought for it too - harmless if so.
