Help ID spikey things

they're growing from the rock, they're hard with spikes. Looks like a type of oyster or clam or something, but they dont/can't move. Definitely some type of filter feeder. I've asked on a couple of groups and have not found an answer yet.

Tunicates seem to be tubular which these are not.

They come in all shapes and sizes. The spikes appears to be hollow tubes or their intake/outtakes but little hard to see. Shaped like an oyster but you said they don’t move. An oyster would open/close.
