Help ID spots on tang

My Tang just developed these black spots today. It was fine yesterday. It’s only on the one side. It’s eating like a pig still. Just don’t know what these spots look like, I was thinking it may have gotten stung. No other fish in tank have any problems either.

I see some euphyllia in the background. Possible it got stung #reefsquad
 
Looks like an injury or sting to me. Naso tangs discolor if you look at them wrong!

Keep up feeding with nori and high quality foods and the sting should clear up soon :)
 
Ok I was in total shock when I saw it today. I have big frogspawn colony and a torch coral in there as well.. I didn't know that they could get stung like that. Thanks for the input guys. I soaked some nori in vitamins tonight for them. Hope it clears up soon. Ill keep you posted.
