help id spots

Hiya, can anyone help id these white spots? I'm not so sure if it is ich as its been there for a fee weeks and none of my other fish have showed any signs. Also the spots seem more wide to be ich spots ? Any help would be appreciated.

Not ich. I'm not positive on exactly what it is, but I've seen many puffers have it. Could just be scrapes, from banging into rocks.

Yes, too large for ich. Probably broken fin rays. One trick is to map the spots in a drawing and check every day- do new spots show up, do they move, get larger, etc?
