Please provide a little information, tank size, parameters, did you add something recently. I'm not a fish disease expert but it appears to be velvet, but we can get some eyes on it. #reefsquad

Oh my, I agree with velvet. So sorry about your Naso tang. Hopefully you can save the Emperor, but time is short!

Definitely velvet. You’ll need to treat immediately per the thread posted by @EmdeReef above.

By the time the fish look like that their gills are already very badly damaged. You’ll need to act ASAP to have any chance of saving.
