HELP ID the unknown

Hi y’all. Recently, will looking around in my tank and saw this pink translucent thing moving in the walls of the caves of the rocks. Today, for the first time ever I get to see what this pink disc mushroom looking thing is. But have no idea what it is. Can someone help ID? Should I take him out?
