Help ID these guys in my sump please.

Doing a routine inspection of my Biocube 32 and found these guys growing all over the wall of chambers 1 and 2. The pods are doing well in the sump and I can’t tell if these are pineapple sponges, a worm, or something else. I ask you invertebrate identification experts to help me know what is living in the dark chambers of the sump.
