Help ID: Third Opinion

I was wondering what those pinkish red patches are on my rock. I went to two different LFS and presented the following video. One told me it was a sign of tube worms and I should glue them shut while the other LFS said it's corraline algae telling me that I should leave it be. Looking for a third opinion.



Also I was wondering what this hole is on my snail.

I don't see anything to worry about on the rock. As for the snail, I can't really tell what you're asking about but if you're worried about something on the shell you can always take the snail out of the tank and remove whatever it is.
