I have this green algae growing in my tank. I don't know where my phosphates and nitrates are but I do run GFO and have an oversized skimmer. TDS is 0 on the RO. I know, for the most part, how to deal with outbreaks but this one seems different. It doesn't appear to be GHA because its hard to pull off, flat, and looks like lettuce. Any idea of what it could be and how to fight it?

On my phone I think I see ulva, or sea lettuce. A tang or a sea slug would eat it. It already looks like something is trimming it, so maybe it is something else?

My tang ignores it unless something else is eating it.

Looks like a type of ulva. Not easy to get rid of if I remember correctly. Most herbivores dont eat that type. Sorry no other help as I have not dealt with it.

Heres a thread I found.
