Help ID this algae ...

I have this string algae growing all over my rocks and have noticed it's slowly getting worse .i tested my water and it shows 0 phosphate (Hanna tester). Can I get help identifying it so I can get what ever invert likes to snack on this ,thanks guys

It looks to be "run of the mill" hair algae. If you have any snails, you can help them find the algae by placing the snails as close as possible to the algae on the rocks.
 
me personally i don't like snails they just end up causing phosphate spikes if they die so i would say find the root of the excess nutrients in your system and get rid of it. test your phosphates with at least a hanna checker anything above .02 is cause for concern maybe a GFO reactor will also help
 
Thanks guys I figured it was hair algae but when I googled it it didn't look anything like what's in my tank .ill post some much better pics later on so you can see what I mean .but I will start treating it like hair algae now maybe get a sea hare if I can find one locally
