Hard to see in the pic but I’m thinking bounce mushroom. You’re looking at a couple hundred dollars for one, I’m not sure of that exact one.

I agree that it looks like a bounce mushroom. I’m not sure of the specific name or where it’s from. It could also just be a very bubbly yuma. I’d say it would be priced anywhere from $200+
