Help ID this critter please

I have a critter on a coral. Any clue what this is?

The tube and crown shape say to me, harmless filter feeder. A feather worm of some sort.

Kind of hard to tell from the pic, but looks like a feather duster to me.

Personally, I would keep it. Though they multiply, I do not mind having them around as they are harmless.
