Help ID this disease please!

Hello all! I have this angelfish with white tufts of stuff all over her fins. I’ve treated her with prazipro, kanaplex, and copper in the water. Then metroplex and neoplex in the food. I’m not really sure what else I can treat her with. Maybe it just needs more time to kill whatever she has?

Lympho possibly. If so it is like herpes for fish. Nothing really you can do except ensure you have good water quality and diet.
