Help ID this green blob hitchiker

I found several of these attached to rocks of a recent purchase. Can some one help identify them?
About 1/8-1/4 inch around.

I have these, but I will get some under whites.

the way their pigments fluoresce makes me think it's some kind of coral? do they move around or are they stationary? do they show some form of extension in response to your lights? the first photo almost looks to have a mouth like you would see on a coral polyp. photos in white light would help a lot
