Help ID this please

Hi found this in my tank n have no idea what it is can't find a match any ideas?? When I had it on my finger it was stuck firm n moving about but have no idea if it's good or bad

It looks like a stomatella "tail".

The tube thing is a vermetid snail, kill it. Not sure what the other thing is, but it might not be beneficial.

I thought maybe a type of nudibranch or seafarers but can't find any image match.

Stomatella "tail" is that good or bad lol sorry had my tank coming upto 3 years n just never seen anything like this

Stomatella snail can "let go" of their tails if they feel picked on.... like a lizard.

exactly what it is-I had mine do it once lol it "lets go" of its tail and the tail wiggles so the stomatella can get away. At one point I was hopeful a new one would regrow....but it did not lol

exactly what it is-I had mine do it once lol it "lets go" of its tail and the tail wiggles so the stomatella can get away. At one point I was hopeful a new one would regrow....but it did not lol

Fabulous that's exactly it. thank you so much I was actually cleaning the tank and saw the stomatella snail and knocked the coral next to it then spotted that. Must have naffed the snail off lol no point chucking it back in if it doesn't do anything then. Thanks again
