Members can ask for an ID no matter how big the coral is, we like to help no matter if it's a colony. Nothing wrong in what the OP asked for and not sure on your purpose of your post @This guy is Extra Salty do you need an ID? To the OP, I agree with @Ranjib best guess at this is a bonsai

I think he was just showing the difference with/without all the blues. As it’s much easier to ID accurately if the picture isn’t oversaturated in blue. Of course some things can be ID’d either way, but it just seemed like a truly helpful suggestion, if the poster has the ability to do so.

I get it but it's very easy and much more polite to just ask for a pic without blue lights as well. Some members might not have experience with posting pics and we wouldn't want to make a new member to feel uncomfortable in posting or asking for advice. His pic does not look blue to me either. It could use more growth.

I wasnt looking for a 100% name on it. Just and idea where to look. I’d love love to post a bigger picture but that’s the size of frag that I bought. (3 for 10 is hard to pass). I just wanted to reassure my self it was an acro, what it potentially will grow to. As far as the blue comment it’s a picture with my phone, whites were up and I don’t use filters (I’m not a photographer I’m not wasting money on a filter when I can buy more coral). Thank you to those that offer help

No worries my friend. I'm comfortable in saying it's an SPS coral. I'd say your pic was just fine:D

How big are the polyps, I’m probably wrong but it sort of looks like a turbinaria that has encrusted. What name was it sold to you under?
